Acid and alkali resistance, sweat resistance, seawater resistance

Spandex is an abbreviation for polyurethane fiber and is an elastic fiber. Spandex is generally composed of a plurality of filaments, generally 10D/root. Currently, there are 15D/root or even 20D/root. The less the theoretical number, the better the uniformity of the strip, and the less chance of overlapping forms. The DMAC of the spinning solution is harmful to the liver of the human body. Generally, the 10D/root contains 0.5 mg/kg, and the 15D/root contains 0.7 mg/kg, which exceeds the standard. When producing Spandex, special attention should be paid to the winding tension, the number of cylinders, the breaking strength, the elongation at break, the degree of forming, the amount of oil adhered, the elastic recovery rate, etc. These problems directly affect the weaving, especially in knitting production. Single-sided cloth should pay more attention.

Spandex is excellent in elasticity. The strength is 2 to 3 times higher than the latex yarn, the linear density is finer, and it is more resistant to chemical degradation. Spandex is good in acid and alkali resistance, sweat resistance, seawater resistance, dry cleaning resistance and wear resistance.

Spandex can be used to stretch garments to meet comfort requirements. Such as: professional sportswear, workout clothes and exercise clothing, wetsuits, swimwear, competition swimwear, basketball uniforms, bras and slings, ski pants, disco, jeans, casual pants, socks, leggings, diapers, tights, Belts, underwear, jumpsuits, spandex shirts, straps for male ballerinas, protective clothing for surgical use, protective clothing for logistics forces, short sleeves for cycling, wrestling vests, boating suits, underwear, performance clothing, Qualitative clothing, etc. Such as: bra, home decoration, microbead pillow.
